Default Harmon kardon help

Just had my stock radio changed under warranty at the dealer. On the way home the radio kept switching from cd to aux on it's own. Then tried fm radio and again after a couple of mins it switched itself to aux. Nothing was plugged into the aux jack. Any ideas?

Push in the right radio mode switch a few times on the right handle bar. Sounds like it's dirty or stuck. Flick it with your finger like a kid flicking another kids ear. It shouldn't change modes. If it does.....bad switch.....I know I had a bad volume switch once one the left side and you have to replace a whole harness.

Sux they replace these warranty radios with refurbs. This is one of the few gripes I have with HD. Mine works fine but the display is intermittent. Of course mine is out of warranty. I'm going to just upgrade to an aftermarket deck.

The dealer said it was a swap with a new bike radio because they didn't want to wait for the new one to come in. Switch works fine.

Radio is new, switch checks out - sounds like a wiring short/problem between switch and radio. Maybe the wiring at the switch is pinched?

Who makes a deck that does everything the HD does? and integrate into the Harley harness.

Could be the harness. Either way let them fix it.
