I have to call dealer tomorrow because my bike cont. to set the code for overcharging.They have replaced the stator and said the regulator checks good but the problem continues. upon starting engine light comes on for about 15 seconds then goes out. it sets a code everytime for overcharging { po563} anyone had any problems like this 06 flhti ?

How old is battery?maybe its shorted?you may also have bad regulator even if replaced,same goes w/alt.
