The Dealer should have warned you the SE Pipes now are not great performers for power or sound. Buy different slip ons, the SE versions are not very good performers still EPA noise complient.
V & H, Rinehart are always good choices or if you want to save some $ and still get better sound and performance do an exchange with American Custom www.americancustom.com, they rebuild stock HD mufflers and headpipes for better sound and performance and have an exchange program that will save you a couple hundred dollars.

Remove the CAT and you will get significant more sound and reduced heat. I removed the CAT from my 2011 Limited and the stock pipes sound very good. The SE's should sound good too with the CAT removed.
