my last change I tried ATF Type F, I don't really notice any difference from formula +, other than it's easier to find neutral. I was told that it prevents the jump you get when starting when cold (main reason for trying it) but it didn't make any difference in that. It is about $4.00/quart cheaper. I will probably stick with it unless I find something else that helps the cold start jump.

Any cheap 10W-40 dino, changed at 5,000 miles.

I still have the original Compensator, chain, tensioner shoe , ( with M-6 Chain Tensioner,) clutch basket and the original clutch plates.

Shifts like it did when new, and just turned 92,000 miles.

Can't argue with an odometer....

Formula+ now but will go to either Rotella 15w-40 dino or 5w-40 syn at the end of season change. Change it once a year but never has more than 6k on it...
