TACH

Hello all,
was out in my garage looking to install a tach on my 06 road king. I was looking in the headlight assembly for a pink wire per wiring diagrams. any idea's where to terminate connectios for a tach

I'm not sure if they are wired anything like each other, but the pink wire on my 2000 deuce was taped to the side of the speedo connector behing the speedo. Hope this helps.

There is NO TACH wire (Pink) on your bike....

Completely different system (J1850 Communications).......

You need to re-read the compatibility of that Tach to your bike.....

More than likely, you will need to go to the speedo or ECM for a Tach Signal.....
