The only downsizing is those dealers that go out of business because they are not selling enough bikes to keep the doors open.
Why would they send bikes that a dealer didn't order?
I never said they would just send out bikes that were not ordered.

The dealers don't know how fast they will receive inventory but Harley knows exactly because they produce them.
The dealers in my area are not getting 2012s fast enough and are driving to neighboring states to do trades on bikes that are in demand.
Ok, now that's possible. I know a couple dealers in the Atlanta area, Killer Creek where I bought my fiancées new Street Glide had a showroom full of 2012's. Where Atlanta HD did not have nearly as many. Killer Creek is a much more high volume dealer than Atlanta HD.

I know Harley just opened a new plant in York PA to speed up production. I was there in June when they opened it.

yes 103, but nothing that really stood out.
Now I know the MOCO can't go crazy every year,
but I'm wondering if they are going to go all out for the
110 Anniversary model with........

Sure like my 11 Limited with all the included and additionnal extras.
Hard to top something thats already made the mold.
As for the future with the 110 anniv. model,
the liquid head and just keep the company afloat

Matt816 - What? I can't post about the subject matter of the thread? The OP was not impressed with the 12's. I offered a counter point. I doubt if the OP even looked that much into the 12's. If he did he would know about the new circuit board that replaces some looms and couplings to make the electrical system more reliable. Or about the new improved ECM again for reliability.

I am not rich by any standard. I worked the same regular jobs that everyone else does. I just was better disciplined at saving/investing than average.

I'm 71 so I have had a much longer time to earn money also. I decided that I will live to 80 so I take 1/10 of my $ and spent it each year so that it will be gone when I am.

What better way is there to spend it than on Harley's? Then am I supposed to hid the fact that I collect them? You post what you have. What is the difference other than quantity.

I am helping HD and it workers. I am helping the economy.

If you don't like it. Big whoop.

Now have a nice day.

Oh, by the way, is it okay that I post the avatar and sig maps of where I ride the heck out of my HD's?
I sure would not want to offend you on the amount of riding that I do.
