I have read in other threads that the hammock makes the passenger sliding down, any comments from your wife on that subject? The main reason for wanting a new seat is the too small passenger part of my 2008 RK. Wife is 5'8" tall, about 150 Lbs

That's pretty funny. I have a RK seat on my SG and I can (and have) ridden all day long without any issues. Just goes to show that seats (like handlbars and windshields) feel different to different people.

I did a 1400 mile trip in June on my stock seat...I felt pretty comfortable on it. Just wish I had the backrest.

When I had my sportster.......200 miles = serious monkey butt

Default Road King Seat

My wife had the same complaint with the stock seat on my '08

I bought a Mustang Super Tourer. She is much happier now.

It does set me 1.5" further back which does crowd her a bit. I am going to try to move the passenger back rest back the same amount.

Good Luck
