My suggestions:

1st - Complete Fuel Moto Stage 1 (WOW, what a difference this makes)

2nd - Heritage bars (No more pain in the shoulders)

3rd - Have Mean City Cycles rework the seat. (No more pain in the butt)

First three things I did...

Replace handlebars with heritage bars
Install floorboard extensions
Trim down windshield 2.5" (it was right in my line of sight)

I don't have a part number, but they are the stock bars from a Heritage Classic. The dealer should have them in stock. And the wiring, cables, all switch over without needing to be changed (according to the dealership that is installing mine on Tuesday).

Handle bars. Road Kings should not be left off the lot with stock bars. I had my 2010 for a year before I put the Heritage style bars on. It gives you the ride you where expecting. Several threads in here about them but they cost $80. If you don't do it yourself it takes a couple hours shop time.
Now I have to go kick my self in my azz again for taking so long to get mine.

Down the road after my new Fatboy Lo is paid off i might get a King or a Street Glide! First things i would do is clean it up! Take all that chrome peices off the fenders and stuff and throw a custom 21" wheel on the front and a nice set of 16" apes for it! I think the Kings look good done up like that!
