Default 09 ultra question

thinking of putting saddle bag rails on my 09 ultra classic,can someone tell me what years will work if I get a used set? thanks for the info

you mean on top on the saddle bag lids?

they are pretty universal for fit, so it's a matter pf finding the style you like.

they show up used once in a while, but not often...once holes are drilled, you either leave them on or put plugs in.

I had them on my last bike, nice easy place to grab the lids when opening or closing.
would strap my little pup tent on one side.

Made it harder to open the lids with the Tour Pak if I recall....

I assume you got the bike used since they are standard on Ultras. Most likely need to get '09 or later.

yeah you should have guards like this:


( this is an 09 EG Classic - the model below the Ultra [ no cb, rear speakers and some badges]- shown with tour pak removed and solo seat

you'll have to look up in parts book-- the 08 and earlier won't fit your bike due to the current frame introduced in 09-- chances of used are slight
