Default PC III vs SERT

Looking at picking up the PC III for a new 07 UC. My 05 UC had the SERT. Any comments between the two. I see that they have some good MAPs for my config (soon to be) and it seems some what easier to setup nad use. It also looks like you can have it Dyno tunes also??? I saw this on the instructions: The stock O2 sensors can be removed
from the exhaust if desired. Do the sensors just connect to a sensor wire, inside the pipe??

I think you might make a little more power with the SERT. Just looking at some of the #'s people have posted.

One other suggestion, sine I am thinking about it. If you do plan on getting the bike dynoed, call the person you are going to have dyno it and find out what they prefer to work with. Just an idea

PCIII doesnt require to remove o2s, they give you a simple replacement sensor that you plug in when you unplug the wire, 5 minute job, serts for 07 will be epa compliant and not give very much performance increase a pc III is a better choice and less expensive.

The SERT for 07 is not EPA compliant, it is what ever the tuner, tunes it too. Meaning if you go with "Off road" exhaust (non EPA compliant) the SERT can be tuned to get the most out of the pipes, you just have to have the proper tuner.

The problem is the off the street guy is not going to get a harley dealer to map his 07 sert out of epa ranges due to the NEW regulations the epa has passed for 07 and up models. You might if you have a good buddy setup with your dealer get it done, but doing so opens them up to huge fines. And not many dealers are willing to risk it.

I guess it might be a problem if your only option is a HD dealer. Living near Phoenix allows us huge choices on where too tune. EPA??? No problem, most places you go here will not even mention any EPA standards.
