On the top side of the caliper, there is a little cotter key type clip. Pull it out and remove the allen head screws and the pads will come out. Pretty simple, if just take a close look and find that clip.

Just did mine last week and took all of 20 minutes tops. Real easy.

The first time I just followed the service manual and it took just a few minutes. No tricks involved.

If you are just changing the pads,

Pull the cotter key loosen that bolt a bit, remove caliper bolts, remove caliper, remove the bolt you loosened with the cotter key. press the brake pads back against the brake cylinders to open the brakes a bit, remove brake pads by pulling one end up and out, take new pads and apply BRAKE grease to the back of the pads where the cylinders will be pressing on the brake pads and the ends of the pads that set in the holder areas, install brake pads one end in first shoe horn down on the other end make sure everything is looking like where it is supposed to be, clean the bolt with the cotter key, apply a little brake grease on this bolt shaft not the threads, put bolt is hand tight, mount caliper back on and bolt up, press the brake a few times to line everything up, tighten bolt and install cotter key, check brake operation again for proper braking and free wheel spin, go for a test spin.

The best part is you can do the rears without pulling the tire

While the pads are out, gently apply the brakes to extend the pistons. Do not over-extend them! Spray the hell out of them with brake cleaner. Then reassemble the caliper.
