try re-setting your TPS to do this, Turn Ignition switch to OFF & Run/Stop switch is to Run, now turn on the ignition switch, leaving the run/stop switch in the run position, for 10 seconds, then turn off for 10 seconds do this 3 times, on the 4th try start the bike and DON'T touch the throttle leave it run for for 5 min or so this will re-set your TPS. hope this helps.
Just out of curiosity to you guys who are having problems after the bar install... did you disconnect the battery, or pull the maxi-fuse before installing the new bars?
Thanks for the answer on the two codes, does anyone know exactly what they mean ?
The descriptions and corrective measures are in the electrical service manual.
Attached a scan of both pages.
But if you ever want to do any work on your own bike or if you just want to understand the dealer tells you.
Buy the service manuals!

The person that did my install did not disconnect the battery or pull the fuse. What exactly happens by not doing either one of these things? Thanks

I went a head and followed your instructions on resetting the TPS before I left work tonight. I also cleared my codes last night per some earlier instructions.I only rode a few miles today but so far no issues. I will update if I have anymore information to share. I might add I'm really surprised this happened since I did not splice any wires but instead replaced the throttle sensor with a new one that has extended wires.
