Default Fuel Moto - '12 103" - Jackpot Header & slash ups, 555, AC

I would like to thank Jamie and the guys at Fuel Moto. To be honest my intent coming in to this was simply to make the bike sound right, get rid of the cat and maybe run a little stronger. My fear was that I'd end up with a bike that misbehaves from a mapping perspective and have to forever mess around with it. (Sorry Jamie, but honestly tuning is an art and I had only hoped to do no harm...)

2012 Ultra Limited 103" changes -Air Cleaner, Jackpot header tube, Jackpot tuned slash up slip ons, Woods 555 cam, Powervision tuner, Fuel Moto dyno tune.

Both these curves were done on the same day, same ambient conditions. My bike pulled 73hp straight from the factory (with about 1,800 miles) and 91 torque. With the above mods it pulled another 27hp and 22 ft/lbs torque (Net +37%hp, 24% torque!)

The best part of the story is after getting it off the dyno and on the street. I can say with absolute conviction that this bike runs absolutely flawlessly. No backfires, no pings, no popping on decel, nothing. I am pretty detailed and wouild not say this easily but it simply runs perfectly. Oh, and it pulls like a freight train now...

Running a business that is so exposed on the web is difficult. One of the reasons I chose Fuel Moto is their reputation for success, and for how they have dealt with difficult customers with respect. I am firmly throwing my endoresment to Jamie and his crew.

THANKS GUYS!

Yes, they did the entire install. I don't have the receipt with me but I think it was just under $2k total...

I was really happy with my cam swap as well. The power increase is unbelievable isn't it? Nice looking curve!

I have to agree with you. Fuelmoto installed their 107 kit with Level B heads w/compression releases and my bike ran flawlessly on my 4 hour ride home. It dyno'd at 78hp/90ft-lbs prior to their install with just stage 1 upgrades and is now at 110hp/120ft-lbs with their BB kit and headwork. +32hp/+30ft-lbs! Made it a completely different bike. The guys at Fuelmoto are top-notch.

That's a great-looking torque curve. I bet that bike is a hoot to ride.

Thank you very much for the great feedback and support. Your bike was one of the strongest factory 103's we ever tested with stock heads. It turned out really well and we had excellent air/conditions for tuning

Wow.. that's the first dyno sheet I've seen on the 555 cam.
I think my cam search is over.

I've got a PC-V from Fuel Moto and I can say I have had nothing but positive things to say about Jamie and Keith. Any question I've had, whether over the phone or email, has been taken care of very quickly and very efficiently.. These guys know their stuff!
