Andrews 26. Hard to say on the numbers; you didn't say if the motor was EFI or carbed. Just speculating but with stock compression, good exhaust and tune, you could see mid 80s TQ around 2300-250 rpms, gradually peaking to 90s' about 4000 rpms and still holding mid 80s to 5000 rpms. Not a barn burner but a good ride.
Check crank runout while in the cam chest; upgrade inner cam bearings and change cam tensioner shoes if necessary or upgrade cam plate.
