Yep, Like in about 2 minutes!

 

They have a new ultra classic in the tequila sunrise here in Sturgis, Mi. (Hamilton Harley). I just bought a new Street Glide in the same color from them last week and just love it. Talk to Tommy in sales. Him and his dad own the dealer. Very good people.

 

We saw one that color out in Prescott, AZ, a month ago. Sitting on the street by the courthouse in the sun...it really caught our eye.

 

I've always got the impression that dealers sort of frown upon trading. There is always a little gamesmanship in it, and they will certainly want to pass on transportation costs into you.

You will almost always get a better deal with a bike already in their inventory.

 

In May, when I bought my 2011 RKC, I went into a local dealership and asked if they had what I wanted. They did not. Who does? I ask. I would like to see the color in person before I consider buying one, I said. They got onto the computer and found 4 in California. I went to the closest one and bought it.

 

When my gal bought her tri-glide there was another guy looking at it. She took another trid glide for a test ride and the other guy wanted to take a test ride also. She came back and bought the bike. When he came back from his test ride and saw the bike was sold he just about lost his mind, made a pretty good scene as it was the only merlot and black tri glide they had in the place.
