I checked Amazon's market again this afternoon, and found out that they are waiving the $99 developer's fee for one year. I created an account and uploaded the app, but Amazon has to test it first, and approve before they will publish it in their marketplace.
Received a rejection notice from Amazon this evening. They will not approve the app for the Amazon Marketplace because it keeps crashing on the HTC Thunderbolt according to their tests.
My Android Marketplace stats show 62 people with HTC Thunderbolt have the app installed, and NO crashes. Are there any Thunderbolt users that can chime in here? Are you having any problems?
Good. As long as you're not having any other issues. According to Amazon's email:
Your app has failed a test case. Bug Description:The application crashes consistently when attempting to open the PROCEDURES / VALUES or TROUBLESHOOTING options on the application main menu. OS/Device(s)/Form Factor: HTC ADR6400 (Thunderbolt) A 2.2.
I'm just going to submit it again and see if it passes.
great app and thanks for all the work on it.
Sadly I am really going to miss it as I'm going with iPhone . Any chance it will make it there? Anyone able to help him port it there?
Just hoping;-)
