air cleaner and programmer

just put a set slip ons on my 2006 flhxi should i also get a air cleaner and also a programer and if so what do you recommend do not have a lot of money

Dedpends on the slip-ons you got. If they provide greater air flow (many of them do) you may want to do the additional mods.

Most cost effective way is Arlen Ness big sucker air cleaner, and the HD stage one download. Cheapest Tuner is Vance and Hines Fuel pak, easy install. As far as ive researched anyway.
