Denispetit- When I said it was physically impossible, I meant with just the 11.5" 440's on your SG (sits the same as my RK Custom). And I do believe it is physically impossible with that exact setup I have, because I have it some HORRENDOUS potholes and bottomed out the shocks, but NEVER hit fender to tire. Now of course I know a very low lowering kit or too short a shock will make short work of a wiring harness on any model-I just meant you're safe with the 11.5" Progressives.
I called The Works about my 05 RK and they just need rider weights, and how much two up riding you do.The Progressive 440's are the same, just need to know how you plan on riding.

Matt:
thanks. I am now clear on what you meant. I am going to look into the 11.5" prgressives now.
11.5 Inch Progressive 440's. I love them! A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Some places will give you a great deal if you buy the older brushed aluminum instead of the chrome.
I know you get what you pay for but... on another thread they were talking about changing the shock oil to a little heavier grade.I just bought a set of 12" air shocks on flea bay and I'm going to try that out first. If I can save some cheddar it always helps out.
