Darned near 60 with a gray beard and salt and pepper hair. Spent my younger years raising and educating kids. Now I can afford a toy and love the comfort of the "geezer glide". Wouldn't have it any other way.
bought my 07 EGC when I was 39.....had a RKC and really just liked the features of the Glide better.....my next bike will be a SG.....probably never turning away from a bagger...and yes, all grey beard...been that way since I was about 35!
I'm 44 and my Geezer Glide will be picked up in 3 weeks I do have a grey beard (Goat actually). Love the Softail but neither my wife or my back can take it much anymore. Getting the 103 with 2-1-2 head pipes and 4" Reinharts.
I was on an 8 hour ride with some friends today and during a lunch break I mentioned that my next bike will be an Ultra Classic Electra Glide. One of the gals in the group said that I was "too young" to ride "one of those". I laughed at the comment and asked her how old you had to be to ride one? She said to wait until I'm 60 and have a grey beard! Well, I'm 45 years old and would have a grey beard, if I could grow a full one without any bald patches, so maybe I would pass part of the qualification.
My question is, and forgive me for even asking, how old are the riders of Electra Glides on this site? I'd love to prove her wrong, as I don't believe you have to be any particular age to ride one. I think they're awesome bikes, and besides, 60 years of age is still pretty young, in my opinion!

Just rode 2800 miles in 8 days two up.. the wife and I are 49. We wouldn't do that on any other bike. We've done a handful of 620+ mile days effortlessly.
