Thumbs up Paul Yaffe Customer service Update?

Anybody ordered anything from Baggernation lately? I know when I ordered some stuff last year it took forever. Those guys were really nice about things and were trying to be helpful. They said they were going though growing pains and I was just wondering if it has gotten any better?

I'm amazed you were able to get through to them and actually talk to someone. Everytime I've called I get a busy signal.

I called them a couple times a a few weeks before sturgis. They were real helpful and even returned calls to.provide additional information. My bars will be installed next weekend.

I find email was the easy way to get them to call me back. but that is for sure where they are lacking.

I called them last year to inquire about something and had to leave a voicemail. Later that day they returned my call. It was Paul Yaffe himself.

As a dealer it's easier to e-mail them. Only complaint is I usually get a reply from a sales rep telling me to e-mail them directly for faster responses but when I e-mail them directly I never get a response. So I always revert back to the main e-mail address.

I have been back and forth with him all day today (email) on a few items. The longest it took him to get back to me was an hour or so once. No issues on my end.

I emailed Paul a month ago several times, he was on top of every question same day via email. Then when I was ready to place my order I emailed him my number and they called me. No problems at all, no real hurry for the product with winter lingering around the corner. Still excited about seeing if I made the right choice going with the 14"s MMB instead of the 12"s.

I have no issues with there service. It really is worth the wait for the products. I just wanted to know if others were still having issues. I waited three months for my strereo. But I LOVE IT.
