Look up the Kuryakyn website, they have come out with some new vented wind deflectors. For the Road King and Heritages they "cup" the blinkers and for the touring bikes with lowers they have a "roll" in them that clears the crash bar. I have them on my 10' Limited and they work great!
Here are a couple of pictures of 10' Limited with the Kuryakyn vented wind deflectors in the closed position. The Road King/Heritage ones look the same except they are moved forward a little bit and they have an "indent" or "cup" that the blinker sits in.
I installed driving lights on my 04 Road King Custom and also moved the turn signals down. I have the fork mounted wind deflectors and haven't had any issues.
