Default 100/100 club with all HD parts

Okay, what is the best way to make 100 / 100 club using all HD parts? Let's say the motor is 95". I know you can do it with other parts, manufacturers, brands etc. but is the best way to do it ALL HD parts.

95" flat tops and 211 cam would be good start.....but why would you want to? Their are better parts available and you would be better off getting rid of chain drive cams and using gear drive. Also port your stock heads and don't use S.E. Heads, the ports on SE's are to big for most applications and hurt torque.

Start with lotsa $$$.

Realistically, you're probably looking at a 103 or 113" build. If you try to do it with HD parts on a 95", it's gonna be **** at low RPM and peak much higher than you'll really want to ride it anyway. Is this going in a Bagger? If so.... I'd strongly reconsider my criteria.

I know you had stated criteria being all HD parts, but.... [&:]

I did it for less than $2k on a 95" with Andrews cams & ported stock heads. That included grear dirve cams too.

If you really wanna stick with all HD stuff, either open wallet... or just get a build that runs decent and forget about the numbers.

I am not necessarily looking to a build consisting of all HD parts, but I do want a base for comparison. Also I am curious.

Actually, what I am looking for is some choices. I like the GMR 98, S and S Hot Set up, etc. There are so many choices it is hard to decide. Anyway this will eventually be for an RK 06.

rlast said it. I have built 2 with the same combo. 100 HP / 100 LBS FT. You could also send your stock heads to T-MAN performance, use his 590 gear drive cams, pistons (cp) and53mm HP inc t-body. Should easily have 100HP then. A 103" will only give you 5-8HP more. It is worth the extra expense of case work?
