Default Cycle Shack Mufflers

Now, ya'll go easy on me. I'm just learning about the Touring Bike world.

Does anybody have experience or knowledge about Cycle Shack Slip Ons running on a Touring Bike? I've had them on my Sporty for over 70,000 miles and have been very pleased.

I'm not so ignorant to think just because something works well on a Sporty doesn't mean it's good for a UC.

Any input would be welcomed.

Thanks!!

I had a set on my Street Glide and they were fine. Then I saw the black V&H Monster Ovals and just had to have them.

My understanding is that for touring models, you have to have the Cycle Shack head pipes too. Is that not correct? If I thought they would fit I would get them right now. I love Cycle Shack-loud and raunchy, make me feel like doin' a line of meth and menacing the community.

waaaaaa. Put cycle shack slip ons my Dyna, and love them. They fit the stock headers in this application no problem, and they where very inexpensive, bought new on E-bay, from wheeler dealer in Penn. I looked inside and they are an all metal build, the best. The CFR slip ons will **** off the world, no one has a deeper richer sound, like a big block chevy with open headers at idle. But not a pipe for someone who cannot tune, they offer NO BACK PRESSURE.

I have cycle shack slip ons. Liking them a lot.

I went for the SSA model with SS woven wrap around baffle, takes some of the rasp out of them, which I wanted. Sound better than my SE slip-ons. The cycle shacks do more of what I want with throttle, a little quieter are 4:30 am idling down the block on the way to work but make a whole lot of bark when I roll on the throttle.

I had their slipons on my Wide Glide and they were great. When I installed them there was a problem with the hardware so I called them. They had excellent customer service and I was taken care of quickly.
