No you would have to get a 07 or newer radio and harness.

Wife and just got Ultras and started using the CB option. It is proving to be a very enjoyable experience. We also use them on group rides when other riders have CB's.

I do not wear my headset full time, but I leave my CB on and have it set to fairing speakers. I get chatter from time to time.

Be sure to read the section on transmitting close. While talking on the intercom make sure you are not transmitting on the CB.. Take your time and play with it a little and you will like it.

I don't see why not. My 2002 Ultra had it. You will need the CB wiring harnass.

Ive got a question for you guys on this subject as well.
If I am riding 2 up, and in a group, and have the CB and the com both active at the same time, what keeps the com conversation separate from the CB conversation. Weve been using the PTT with the com system, but I notice that if I talk loud enough that the VOX kicks in and allows the com to function. Is this the difference? PTT for CB, and VOX only for com?

I've never used the COM only the CB. I have always thought the PTT was for CB use and VOX for COM.

You have two options: (1) Get a Radio Sound radio w/ integrated CB (HD's OEM vendor until '06 model year), and supply additional parts (e.g. rider headset connector, etc.) and wiring; and, (2) use the Harman Kardon radio and CB module (HD's radio and CB set-up since '06) and make a simple wiring modification to use the '06 and newer harness for the installation.

I did #2 above on my '04 EG and wrote-up the installation in this thread:

Everything works great. On your bike, you can disregard the wiring mod I made to have the AVC work on my bike since your bike doesn't have serial data for vehicle speed. You can, however, send the HK radio to Iron Cross Audio which will make a change to the HK's software so that it will use the analog vehicle speed data to have AVC:
