Replace the battery in your fob. See if that helps.

If you can unplug the fuel line at the quick disconnect without getting sprayed with gas, you've narrowed things down. The problem is somewhere between the quick disconnect and the fuel pump itself. I'm still betting on the disconnect assembly.

What he said. That is what happened to my 07 Ultra too. Ran fine, then wouldn't start. Took it to the shop, they tried starting it after about 4 hours and it fired right up. The tech rode it, parked it, and it wouldn't restart. They started with the quick disconnect, checked the filter and pump pressure. All good, but once they did all this, it has started reliably ever since, about two months. The theory is that some contamination was blocking the quick disconnect and was remove while checking the system.

Maybe this will help someone else too. I came home on my 2008 Electra Glide Classic and shut it off like usual. After about an hour I went out to leave again and it wouldn't start. Everything seemed normal, battery, lights, fuel pump, starter turning over ect. I initially suspected fuel issues and thought I may have ran out of gas since my gauge was low and the the digital read [r 24]. I put more gas in and still nothing. After reading several threads I decided to start with the easiest. After a little twisting and pulling I got the stuck fuel line disconnect loose and reconnected it then tried to start it.... It started and has everythime since then. I don't know what it was, I just know it fixed the issue.

What scorcher48 describes seems to be a common problem and best of all, a FREE FIX. Disconnect and then reconnect and see what happens.
