Screamin' Eagle A/C (Round one like K&N but no oil)

The '07 Ultra I bought this past summer had a stage 1 kit on it consisting of the Screamin' Eagle air cleaner (P/N:29260-08) along with the download and a pair of 3 1/2" Rinehart slip-ons. The filter on this a/c is stamped "do not oil" and the searches I've done on the web, I can't find an installation or any kind of manual. I understand they are washable and re-useable but I am wondering what the maintenance procedure and frequency is for these filter elements. Can anyone tell me?

My local dealer uses brake clean. Or Simple Green if you have time to wait for it to dry, don't use compressed air.

No oil because it's a HD filter, and not a K&N.

I have a couple of those, when one was being washed I installed the other one. HD recently switched to the k&n filter instead of these which I find easier to use.
