Change fluids yesterday, but got side tracked by the time I got back to it, the oil had cooled down. Drained out primary, put 38oz in, (08 sg, what it calls for) The level is higher then what it usually. Previously it would just touch the metal basket, now its 2- 3 oz up of the basket. What signs should I look for if its overfilled?
It wil be hard to find neutral, volcanic activity will increase, there will be major tsunamis, galactic alignment & pole reversal will disrupt all forms of life in the galaxy, and the universe will fold in on itself!!
Seriously...neutral will be hard to find, and the clutch my "feel" different or chatter. No biggie; if it happens, just let a little out.

yeah, that.
38 oz is from dry, it is never dry when you replace the fluid, there is always some left in there. I just fill until I can see it start to rise up from the bottom. Never put 38 oz in there again or you will destroy the universe and ruin everything for all of us.

I don't know how much it holds, I always have some left over. I do the same as jjnoble, I fill it up until I can see it coming up from the bottom, however much that is.
