Fuel filter change question

Default Fuel filter change question
I need to change the fuel filter on my 07 Ultra Classic. Looks simple enough in the service manual, except for one thing. Does replacing the hose clamp inside the tank require a special tool? Looks like maybe a crimping tool of some sort to me.

Mine was a pinch type clamp, you can cut it off with a pair of side cutters and buy a new one when your at the parts counter buying the filter, I think the clamp was about .50 cents.
