Ear buds that block out wind noise also block out road noise and other sounds around you. Do you really think that's a great idea??? Don't want to hear that semi merging into your lane from behind. Really??
A lot of good choices for ear buds, however, unless the law has been changed, wearing 2 at a time is still illegal......and from this riders perspective....not smart!

I do not have to run them at high volume to drown out the wind wind noise.
WIND NOISE is what's bad.
