Default Building a 117"

Doing a 117" build on my 03 Ultra. It is in progress now and thought I would post the parts list for opinions and thoughts.
SE 110 heads ported and flowed by Dan Vance, HPI 58mm T/B which was used by Dan when doing the heads. Big valves and springs, SE roller rockers, forged rocker covers, tapered pushrods, etc.. HPI 5.3 gpm injectors. Revolution cylinders with Wiseco forged flat tops 10.5:1 T-Man 625 gear drive cams. Feuling billet cam plate, pump and lifters. 4 3/8 welded stroker crank, Timken bearing conversion. 2 into one pipe. Thundermax Auto-Tune. Looking for some big numbers and BIG fun!!

that should be a lot of fun; what about spare rear tires--what clutch are going with??? I have had great success with AIM products -- also have a Scorpion lock up on my SG -- pull is kind of hard not good for riding in traffic.

I went with a 117" a few years ago in my dyna. For comparison, many of the parts I used are listed in the signature.

I think you're going to love it when it's done.

Talking

Using Revolution Performance cylinders and going with a Barnett Scorpion Billet clutch. Since I have had this bike since new and have done lots of other work to it I felt it would be better to keep it and go all out on the engine. It was a 95" with Andrews cams, Dan Vance heads...etc.....it made 101 h.p. and 110 tq. That was four years ago and, well more just seemed better!!

It will be 9K to 10K when all is said and done but beats the cost of a new HD and then having to dump more into that to make it right!
