HCC 12" ape install help
Cutting the allen down worked perfect! Thanks for the info guys I would have never thought to do that. Yes I did remove the tank because I have seen many post where it was removed so I figured I'd do the same. First time taking it off so when disconnected the crossover gas hit me from two directions which I wasn't prepared for (now I know)! I still have one small problem. My right turn signals do not work now. When I press the thumb switch I can hear a tick near the battery. I tested the wiring and it's hot. checked the fuses and they are all good. Any ideas? Might be over looking it but I have taken the switch housing's apart several times to check for a pinch but can't seem to find it. Ran the wires thru the bars. Also checked from the connector to the bar clamp and nothing seems screwed up.

I have installed two of HCC bars. Have not remove or loosened the inner fairing yet. Just remove the radio as said above. The plastic piece that runs under the radio will flex enough to remove the bolts . Besure to tie the bars up or lay a blanket across the tank to prevent the bars from falling down and missing up paint.
