CB Static Problem

CB Static Problem
I have a 2009 Ultra and I have a problem with static on the CB, (My end) now before you go asking if I did this and if I did that, let me say I ride with a bunch of others that all have CB's and I have adjusted everything exactly like theirs and I have tried different head sets and cords. The problem seems to be when the bike is running I get static and no one else does, the CB is factory installed and I haven't messed with the wiring although I have checked all wiring as far as tight connections on both ends wiring and Antenna. Any Help will be appreciated.

Static in a CB is usually related to a ground issue. Recheck all of your grounds. The other thing that you can do if you have a handheld CB is to turn the squelch up, and run the antenna of the handheld near all parts of the bike while it is running. Use it to help "sniff" out bad signals.

Is the static regular, coming at specific intervals, or at irregular intervals?
Do you have static when the engine's off?
Does the static seem to follow (and increase, or decrease) according to engine RPM?
Is it a 'whirring' or 'whooshing' sound, or is it more of a 'popping' sound?
If you wiggle headset/microphone wires, does it create the static?
If there's no static with engine off, and you can't create the static with the engine off by wiggling radio wires--headset, microphone--then it's a fair bet it's related to the engine.
If it's a 'popping' sort of sound that increases with increased RPM, I'd look at the ignition, plugs, etc.
If it's a whirring sound that increases with increased RPM, I'd look at the charging system, stator, etc.
If the static is independent of RPM, and the engine, I'd suspect other wiring, related to the radio.

2) as stated when engine is running
3) no
4)crackling sound
5)as stated different wires and headset (not in Connector either)
6)No popping just constant crackling when other person is talking
7)No Whirring sound
8)Makes crackling when engine is running not when it is off no increase or decrease just crackling.
9)checked the antenna and they are correct.
