On my '10 CVO SG the Fuel gauge is about half as bright as the other gauges. It does light up so I know the bulb is not burnt out but it is nowhere near as bright as all the others. Thoughts on what may be happening?
I am tearing into her this weekend to change the bars out so thought I would try and fix it while I was there.

You are probably going to find the bulb socket has popped part way out of the gauge. Pretty common.
