There's nothing wrong with that CVO 110 motor that a set of cams and a good tune won't fix.
I'm not one to buy a new bike whenever I get an urge for something more. My bikes are generally in a state of continual upgrade, more or less. I'm in the middle of a 107 build right now, (not the FM kit, something I put together myself). If I had the money, I'd buy one of the new CVO Street Glides. I doubt that I'd be able to leave one of those alone for long, though.
I got the urge to buy a new bike to upgrade from my 2011 road glide custom 96 cu. in. motor(65 HP) to the 2012 with the 103 cu. in. I must say it's a fairly big chunck of change just to get into the 103. I on the other hand hauled my bike to Fuel Moto about a month ago and had the FM 107 done, with level B head work and the 777 cams along with the 2-1 D&D fatcats, as i already had done the stage one as far as PC-V and arlen ness big sucker, which turned out about 72 HP. I figure i would have spent just as much if not more to upgrade one year as i would have to have the bike i frickin love to be on now. I now have 114 HP and 126 TQ, and happy as hell. My dyno chart is on the FM website

Your bike is why I am having mine done..Same bike and set up except pipes.. How is the clutch handling it?

So far so good man, they did the $30 stiffer springs or plates, clutch is a bit harder to pull in but i can live with that. It was that or spend another 250-ish to get a new heavier duty clutch.

I guess I will have to see about putting that in mine..

Glad you chimed in Scotty, I have pretty much the same setup that you have on my Ultra, 114/ 126 is awfully sweet, I'm thinking about letting them do the 10.5 compression, tell me, any change in the sound of those D&D fat cat, they ought to have a real nice growl now!

I didn't have the D & D fatcat exhaust on the bike until they did the build, so not sure how they sounded before. I did have them do the compression releases too, i figured cheap insurance for $100
