They offered me a full refund or new shocks. That shows me that they admit there was a problem, and they are willing to fix it. You cannot ask for anymore than that from a business. Hopefully the new ones will work well and problem solved!
Just can't get used to the plain black[:'(]. I ride the beast Big Tom, almost 20K...plus I'm snowed in for 5-6 months. Camera is always along for the ride!
