I'm curious about this too. Did you guys initiate the contact or did DB? I know that Tony posted that they were going to begin calling customers on December 1st and it's only the 5th so I'm trying to be patient.

I had to contact them but Amee sent me back an e-mail offering a full refund or new shocks by next month!

I like BH's bike with the graphics. Custom paint is a lot o cash and you got a whole set of harley tins sittin' around doin nothin. You can buy a used Triumph Speed Triple for what new tins will cost..
