I guess I'll just give them till after the holidays and if I don't hear from them I'll take the initiative. I personally want the upgraded shocks. I've never had a problem with my setup that I'm aware of (I haven't taken the rear wheel off to take a look at the wiring in there). The system worked for my purposes (lower riding position for my 5' 5" height) and as far as the ride stiffness goes it never bothered me. Coming from a Sporty I guess I am used to the stiff ride and probably prefer it. My only other option to get the ride height I was looking for was a 1 3/4" RUB lowering kit that required me to pump up the factory shocks to 40 PSI so as not to rub the rear fender. So one way or another I'm in the same boat. If the new shocks will avoid any rubing issues then I'm all game.

So by my count that's at least 3 people opting for the shocks as opposed to the refund. That is if anybody's counting............

Yes i'm keeping count. Tony told me no one had ever wanted to return his system untill I returned mine.

Hey ONES, I normally wouldn't do this, BUT....you are (one) chronic, whinin' POS! Take your refund, go back to TROLLville and crawl under the slippery rock ya came from. I am with D175 on this one. I just dont want to bottom out. I am really interested in the new shock as well. I have a call into to Tony but havnt heard anything yet.
