****, my buddy has an 11, I wish he was closer. I could give it a whirl.
can't compare them for you, but I just got a '12 RKC which has the same seat...the rear shock is an 1" higher, but the dealer put some platforms under my feet to give me an idea of how much lowering I'd need. With just the rears lowered I could put both feet on the ground barely - not enough to get any levarage if I had to back the bike uphill so I opted for 1" lower front and rear, and a Badlander seat to ride while I send my stock seat to MeanCity. I also wear boots with about 1" of lift. Even with the Badlander, it's not as good as I'd like it to be, but I'm sure once I get a narrowed/lowered stock seat on it it'll be fine.

I'm 5'7" 175 lbs with a 30" inseam. In high school and college I was a pretty serious short distance track runner so I have pretty thick quads.

My kit came from an eBay seller "speedmotoring" and cost me $30. It was simple to install and come in different heights. Any lower than 1" caused me to bottom out when riding 2up.

i am 5'7" 28" inseam i have a 2008 flhrc with the stock 13" shocks i just bought some 12" streetglide shocks i will put on befor spring . the first thing i did was send my seat to MeanCity i had them cut it down and narrow the nose and add some memory foam back for comfort . way cheaper than buying a new seat . when i got it back it was a cple inchs narrower at the nose and about two inchs lower very commfy looks good . most if not all of the lowering kits will not work with the roadking classics leather wrapped bags .

Good pair of boots.. Burley Slammer Kit (lower front 1" rear 2") Mean City Modified seat.. put me flat footed..even have knees bent a little. You will have not as smooth a ride as stock but it is worth the trade off.
