Milling the heads can be cool, BUT is not reversable.
it may affect other issues, you may not be able to use stock pushrods, intake manifold seal may be affected.
Better to select piston characteristics to give desired compression ratio.
My 88 FXRP has factory milled heads ( .060") which has sometimes a problem.
