Jim,
No waiting list at this time, I have all finish options on hand and ready to ship. Just a reminder the thermal switches are backordered for about 3 more weeks, But I'm trying to get production expedited. For orders requesting the thermal switch, I will ship the system immediately, and ship the switches separately, soon as I get them in. The system can still be operated manually with the built in toggle switch, until the thermal switch can be installed.

As soon as I get my tranny fixed I'll get a hold of you Jason. I have to think priority's.....fans won't be needed if bike don't move and I don't know what or how much I'm going to have to put in the tranny......Man I want to pull the trigger so bad on these.
No relay required, the switch alone will handle much more than the system. the install PDF is on the website, I'll just stress to "gently" tap into place, the switch housing can be damaged if too much force is used. http://www.wardspartswerks.com/therm...h-install.html
the pics below show the basic circuit on the bench.
Jason, Can you shoot me a PM on the current price for a black unit no thermal switch. I think I'd like to buy one to put on the shelf for the future. I'm going to continue running my existing fans until they no longer work.
Received my chrome Wards Parts Werks fans and thermostat yesterday. Orderedon the 7th and arrived on the 10th awesome!!! Installation was a snap. Orderedwith the B+ plug so didn't even have to grab wire cutters.
Once installed, I fired up the bike and let her idle until the parade mode engaged (before installing the oil cooler thermostat). Set my stop watch andwaited for the idle to return to normal. Only took 62 seconds for the parademode to kick off once the fans were on. With my Lenale fan, took longer than Iwas willing to let the bike idle in the garage.
Oil cooler install was a snap thanks to an HDForums member who posted somepictures. (Jason @ Wards Parts Werks has the link on his site).

Are you running one of Jason's ? If so, you're gonna be waitin a long time for them to stop working

Knock on wood... I appreciate the vote of confidence. Most should experience a very long service life out of their system, how long is yet to be seen but I do offer a 2 year warranty to repair or replace. So far, legitimate fan motor failure rate is well under 1%; while that is not a perfect record it is quite impressive for a "new" product. Naturally I prefer zero failures but that is an unrealistic goal when talking electrical components.
Hi Jason I received my fans Monday. Ordered on Fri. Although I haven't installed them, they look like one well built product and will be looking fwd to running cool this summer.
I installed my fans yesterday. I used the dremel to make the horn bracket fit with the fans. I am not running stock horn cover. Easy fix, 1 minute. The quality is amazing of this unit. These things moves some air! I did a quick hook up of my tuner and a computer to monitor engine temp. I warmed it up to 260. Then I turned on the fans and it went to 230 in a few mins (then I stopped). I am very satisfied. Jason shipped these very quickly in great packaging.
