Anyone here use Hard Ride Audio products? They make some cool stuff and I really like the way they make their 6.5 speaker adapters for Road Glides but I never really see any mention of them on the forums I frequent.
Anyone here running any of their products? Anyone try their 500W amp?
Never got a response here but did order their 6.5" adapters for the road glide to replace my arc audio adapters. Hard ride audios adapters just look like a better product so I'm giving them a shot.
I will say all my e-mails were responded to promptly and I received a tracking number for my order about 3 minutes after I paypaled the funds. I was totally amazed at that.
I don't know if it gets lost in the mix but I asked twice in my e-mails for information regarding their amps and never got any information.
If you got in touch with Hard Ride Audio you're doing better than me, I have been trying to contact them for about a week, I too am interested in the speaker adapters for the RG, how much are they? On the site it only shows them with speakers, I already have speakers, just need adapters.
I read a audio build they did on a Road Glide in a magazine. They had a "speaker pod" set up for the RG that replaced the glove box doors and added two speakers on each side. Looked at their website, but they don't have it listed. Been looking around for reviews on their products, but haven't found much information at all.
Ya gotta be kind of nervous buying from these guys is they don't want to / can't reply promptly .... what if you need warranty service or install help ??? They may be selling a great product but customer service is the key to longevity in the accessory market.
I did not get a response using the contact us form on their website. Sending an e-mail to info@hardrideaudio.com always got a fast reply. Usually within 20 minutes.

They were 49$ for the adapters. Slightly more than arc or throttle up but I think they are a way better design for a road glide.

That's $10 more but IMO well worth it, I've been looking at them and also believe they probably have the best design for the RG, I'm going to try to contact them on the e-mail listed and see if I have a better result, thanks.
