Help needed with Yaffe monkey bar install
Working on the right side and was able to get the throttle wires in relatively easy but struggling mightily to get the other 12 wires through. Been using a small chain as the lead and just can't get them through. Used original throttle wires, so is that green connector causing the problem? Can anyone pleas offer advice, experience or counseling?
Thanks guys,
sv

Also, any handlebars with that 90 degree bend at the top are going to be a pain in the butt, especially with a lot of these manufacturers who DO NOT clean up the welds on the inside.
The Evil Ape's on my old RKC were a BEAR to wire internally, but after all was said and done, I was happy, and it felt good that me and a buddy did it ourselves, but you do get an appreciation for the guys who do this for a living. You also start to appreciate companies that have cleaner bars inside, which are few and far between.
Good luck man, just have some patience.

ditch the chain, use nylon string and go to home depot and get some wire lube (6.00 for a big container) it is used for pulling wire thru conduit. apply a lot of the lube while snaking/pushing the wire bundle at top and pulling on the string at bottom. As Fire Medic stated above, stagger the ends, no more than 4 wires attached at one point. I just did 2 sets of bars (my 3rd time doing this job and swore after the 1st time I would never do it again!)
Another trick, tape the wire ends with the male plugs, I bent/broke 2 of them while pulling them thru the 1st time. I have the BR Customs bars which are similar to yours with funky bend, take your time, use lots of lube and the nylon pull string and you will get it!
