From the figures I've seen the Pro-charger on any motor gives a linear torque line, compared with a curve for a normal motor. The high HP numbers come from high torque at high rpm, while they may have less torque than a tuned normal motor at lower rpm. So it depends where you want your performance. A 120R is likely to give better low rpm torque than one with a Pro-charger.
Here's a comparison I prepared a while ago, using data published here on HDF. Red lines are a 120R with Pro-charger:

Took a real interest in this thread so I just called ATI/Pro-Charger looking for dealers in my area only to be told they don't sell them in Kalifornia due to CARB and the closest dealer is in Las Vegas, NV.

I love the weather, the coast, and the riding roads are hard to beat, but the politics out here just kill me sometimes.
