I got a Pair of WO 518's for Christmas. I started puting them on last weekend. The job is easy to do so far. I'm waiting on my wire extensions to get here. running the wire internal seams to be the part of the job that will take the longest. I did not have to change clutch cable or brake line, the TBW was long enough also. I really love the way the bike feels now very comfortable. I'll post more pic's when its all back together.
Good choice on those 518s! I'm looking to swap out my handlebars as well, I thought about the 518s, then got a good deal on some 515s which are the mini apes. I like the height, but no pullback at all. So, now I'm back to thinking about those 518s, again.
I thought about apes, the 12.5's from WO. I sat on other bikes with them and liked them but I just liked the look and feel of the 518's better. I bought the wire extensions longer then I need just in case down the road I want to change it up and put on apes.
