Dont know anything about the guys making it, but the fit and finish looks to leave me a little short changed. Id be curious to hear from someone who actually had one though...
Those look like fairings from Reckless Motorcycles in TN.
I have a Reckless fairing and those don't look like Reckless to me. Reckless fairings are black gelcoat.
The finish is much better on the Reckless Fairing. The ones in the pics look wavy and poorly finished.
I am very satisfied with the overall quality of my Reckless fairing. It needed a little tuning to get the fit like I wanted, but for the money I am extremely happy with my Reckless fairing.
You may want to check out TJD Customs http://www.tjdcustoms.com/apps/webst...ts/show/855214 I just purchased one last week from them. Haven't received it yet. I'll post a thread about quality and fit once received. Plus they have a sale going now.
I thought the finish looked a bit wavy too. The TJD unit is even less than the ebay ones. Just wish there were pics of the inner side. I like that the Reckless units come with stereo and speakers already. Guess I will have to keep shopping.
You have a $18,000.00 bike. Your gonna slap a $300.00 fairing on it that will occupy 25% of the painted surface. Not saying its a good product or not, but there is a reason it's $300.00 because they can't get $500.00?
for 350.00 plus shipping I'll sell you a BRAND NEW HD outer fairing, never used, no blemishes...add 75.00 and I'll throw in the inner fairing, used but in great shape...from street glide ( inner that is)
