Default Longest rides ever?
I've done some crazy long rides with only gas stops and I've met some crazy dudes over the years who have done even longer ones than me.I remember a vet I met a few years ago who rode 1700 miles non-stop from Denver to the rolling thunder rally in DC!
So for fellow crazies, what was your longest ride ever? I'll share mine once we get this thread rolling.

Daytona Fl to Akron, Oh was 985 miles in 17 hours.

And no, I didn't give a damn about the fact that I was only 15 miles short of 1,000.

Went from about 1/2 North of Detroit, Michigan all the way down to Houston, Texas but did a couple detours on the way down for a total of 1,500 miles and the only time I stopped was for gas and to eat. I did this June 2011 and it was on the Harley I had before this one which was a Road King

Oklahoma City Ok to Central Pa. 1300 miles. Left 0430 one morning and arrived 0230 the next morning. Never again though. Eyes were bouncing in my head!!

Completed the Ironbutt Lower Great Lakes 1000 last summer.

Cape Breton, Canada to Winchester, Va. 1430 miles in 24 hours. On a 2009 Ultra and don't remember the last 300 miles!

2,196 miles from Ringgold Ga to my uncles house in San Diego California and thats just 1 way, also made the trip back a week later, only stopped for fuel and a nights stay at a motel both ways, ran I-10 out and back, also hit some rain along the way on trip out and back. All in all not a bad trip, put in over 1100 miles per day, 2 days out, 2 days back. Yep I've got an iron butt!.....LOL
