I've got 115K on mine. I have had some issues but nothing I couldn't fix myself. The biggest issues were a cam bearing that went out at 98,000 miles and the transmission mainshaft broke while trying to start the bike at 105,000 miles.
I replaced the cam bearings and upgraded the camplate & oil pump with the late style with Herko's kit. I also used the Andrews hybrid cams.
When the mainshaft broke, I went on ebay and found a gearset for less than the mainshaft alone from H-D. Installation wasn't too difficult. I went ahead and put a new belt on at the same time, even though the old one still looked good.
I think I will keep this bike a while longer. When it does finally come time to overhaul her, I may just drop a 120R or T-111 in...
