I do know my limits 'sometimes'

I stop right at the point where I'll need to crack open the drivetrain. That's for the pro's to do. When are you making the trip? We hit the road yesterday at 7am in So. FL and it was COLD!

LOL. I work in Dearborn/Allen Park, know the area far too well.

The Harley museum is definitely worth checking out. I've been there twice already and find new things each time.

LOL - after 10 hours of riding, my *everything* gets tired, bars arent the issue at that point. How often do you need to ride more than 10 hours?

Nicky and I enjoy re-spending our money for the same crap on new bikes.

I have this relationship with money - I hate it - so every time I get some, I trade it in on something different.

Between work and family, when I get a pass from the wife, I'd ride!

Just looked at it - great write up - question on the quick release fuel line - is there not gas flowing everywhere at that point or does the quick release just pop off and prevent the flood?

As long as you either ran it dry (by pulling the fuse) or disconnected it after the bike sat overnight, no fuel drips out. No mess to speak of, the fuel can't drain past the pump.
