Default Lift handle for center stand on RK custom?

Hy guys,
I just purchased an EZ-UP center stand for my Road King custom 2004.
But in order to put it on its center stand , there is no saddlebag rail guard, making it difficult. I really do not want to put on these rails as I like the custom look of my bike.

Do you know of any after maket or genuine lift handle that would ease the process?

Thank you.

Iam confused, why do you need a saddle bag guard ? I have an 04 EG and put mine on the center stand while I am still on the bike - IF you are strong or big enough, use the edge of the seat to lift??
Iam 5'6" and 61 - I have had my center stand now for a few years... I tried to use the, stand on the side of the bike and lift it up on the center stand,,, never could get that donw... I just put my left foot on the center stand lift bar and push - bike goes up and I get off. Easy for me

How hard would it be to loop a nylon belt to the bottom of the support rail under the saddlebag, loop it around it and lift the bike and unloop it? This is just from looking at the picture, so I don't know if you can do this.

Something like this

You know your really not supposed to lift the bike with your arms/hand but by putting your weight onto the lifting arm attached to the centerstand, I can easily put my bike up on the stand while still sitting on the bike. I do understand that the saddlebag guard can give you a place to hold and stabilize the bike. With practice it's pretty easy but I do have a friend that has an EZ-Up and he can't get used to it and he never uses it.

That is exactly what I do - I was at Street Vibrations a few years back - saw a vendor with them for sale - told him, You show me how to lift the bike and I will buy one - he showed me the trick from the side - I could Not get it to lift that way - walked away, later that day, I saw a rider with one - got to talking with that guy and he took the time to show me how to lift it while still on the bike - not seated but legs over the bike - that was easy to do - came home - got on the computer - found the best price and have been happy ever since

One thing to be very careful of - when parking the bike and preparing to use the center stand - allow the bike to stand with NO break - IF the bike wants to roll forward at all - DON"T use the center stand - the bike may roll off the stand - I found out the little issue while getting fuel - I was lucky - the bike did not fall over - but it was close..

Enjoy

I've never had a problem getting it up ( No not that ... shame on you! ) on the EZ-Up Stand ... even while sitting on the bike ... but "harley0711" makes a good point when he says "One thing to be very careful of - when parking the bike and preparing to use the center stand - allow the bike to stand with NO break - IF the bike wants to roll forward at all - DON"T use the center stand" .... using a little common sense makes using the EZ-UP Stand a safe and easy way to park your scooter!

On my Ultra it goes up really easy when I'm off the bike; I don't think I ever actually use the guard unless I'm trying to get the rear wheel off the ground (using a thin piece of plywood). Just hold onto the bars with your left hand and stabilize the bike via the seat with your right... or just lift it while on the bike. If its a new stand for you just practice it becomes a no brainier pretty fast
