Look on the moco's web site for the retail price with the add ons you want and add the 7%.Then try and beat the dlr. out of the setup charge and maybe a discount on some add ons and you will be to what your going to pay unless you find a dlr who is over loaded with bikes.

Time of year won't affect price much but you will have more to choose from and later prices will be harder to get lowered. I took the msrp plus freight, sec.system and dealer fee then got the dealer off that 1450.00.

way way upstate NY, my dealer sold me a ultra, $1500 under msrp ,and i talked him into about $400 in extras,
and that was Aug.

One nearby dealer is currently throwing in 1500 worth of accessories with a bike purchase. Another dealer is offering 1000 off any big twin. That is for starters too, without any negotiations what so ever. I'm sure you could do quite a bit better by the time the money crosses over the desk.

Try Route 43 HD in Sheboygan WI. They are selling for 800 or so below msrp and giving 15% off acc and throwing in the 1000 mile check. Nice people deal with.
